Caplendavo B.V. ("Caplendavo", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This privacy policy describes which personal data we collect through caplendavo.com and how we process this data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data do we collect?
Through the Eco newsletter sign-up form we receive your first name and email address. We also process technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, for the operation and security of the website.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data only for sending the weekly newsletter, for general statistics and for improving the reading experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Retention period
Sign-up data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter. After that, your data is removed within 30 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data. Send your request to privacy@caplendavo.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.
